For Drivers

One app for every operator you drive for.

Join as many operators as you want. Find work, bid in a tap, get paid, and prove every pickup — all in one place. One login covers all of them.

One feed

Every operator, one stream.

Memberships with several operators, one browse feed, and the wider driver network — all sorted by pickup time, all on one screen.

  • Drive for several operators

Join as many operators as you want. No separate logins, and no separate apps. Active jobs from all of them sit in one list.

  • One browse feed

Direct jobs, supplier jobs, and network jobs merge into one stream. Filter by trip type, car class, operator, supplier, status, or date range.

  • The driver network

When your regular operators are quiet, browse work posted by any operator on the network. Every bid and every price is recorded against the job.

Bid safely

Tap to bid, without double-booking yourself.

The server arbitrates every job, your existing schedule is visible before you commit, and each operator's buffer rules hide jobs that clash with what you already have.

  1. 01·step

    See the gap

Tap a job and a dialog shows your existing jobs either side of that pickup time. You see a tight schedule before you commit to it.

  2. 02·step

    Tap once

One tap to bid. Every job is locked server-side, so the server decides who was first and there is nothing to argue about.

  3. 03·step

    Clashes filter themselves out

Buffer rules hide jobs that physically clash with what you already hold. Arrivals need more buffer than departures, and each operator sets its own.

Get the job done

Evidence at every checkpoint.

Photo proof, GPS trail, and check-in / check-out — built into the flow so disputes are short and the audit trail protects you, not just the operator.

  • Status pipeline

Open → assigned → in-progress → completed. Each step records a timestamp; no manual logging.

  • Photo evidence

Up to 20 watermarked photos per job, GPS + timestamp burned in, stored in Cloudflare R2 — protects you in disputes.

  • GPS trail

Runs while a job is in progress, with server-side plausibility checks behind it. Operators see a snapped-to-road trail, and the raw trail stays on the record.

  • Stand-down procedure

If a passenger does not show, a timer runs and the operator approves the stand-down. You are not left arguing about compensation afterwards.

  • Throwback

Genuinely can't make a job? Hand it back cleanly to the operator instead of ghosting.

  • Driver-submitted extras

Ferry, water taxi, toll, billable parking, child seat, meet-and-greet, wait time — submit with a photo within 24h. AI-assisted receipt detection.

Tune the feed

See what you actually want to drive.

The network sends a push every time a matching job lands. Your filters keep it relevant, and your blocks keep it civil.

  • Filter your own alerts

Pick the trip types and vehicle categories you care about. The push fires only when a job matching your rules lands.

  • Block an operator

Stop seeing network jobs from a specific operator. Choose from operators currently posting in your country, and the block persists across sessions.

  • Filtered before it reaches you

Car category and trip type filter server-side, so an MPV driver is never buried under sedan jobs they cannot take.

Communicate

Talk to passengers and dispatch without burning your phone.

  • Saved message templates

Pickup confirmations, ETAs, 'I'm outside' — one tap to send via SMS, auto-fills passenger name and 4L (plate / make / colour).

  • Chat with the office

Job-scoped threads with the operator's dispatcher when you need a real conversation. Photos and files are supported.

  • Push notifications

New jobs, assignments, and client milestones. Installable to your home screen, so it works without an app-store download.

  • Help bell and AI support

Ask a question, browse the answers, or report a problem with a screenshot. Fusion Link answers before a human has to.

Earnings & reputation

Get paid, build a record, sync your calendar.

Every job's payment status is visible, reviews run both ways, and the discipline rules are published — no surprise yellow card from a black box.

  • Earnings ledger

Every job's payment status is visible. Your payouts are tracked separately from anything the operator owes Fusion Link.

  • Reviews run both ways

You review the operators you drive for, and they review you — one standing review per working relationship, not a star prompt after every trip. Edit yours whenever your opinion changes.

  • Your reliability record

Completion, on-time pickup and checkpoint proof over the last 90 days — the same objective numbers operators see about you, on your own Record tab. A cancelled job never counts against you, whoever cancelled it, and a reshuffle by ops isn't held against you either. Handing a job back yourself is what moves it — that, and missing an acknowledgement at an operator who has set a miss to reassign the job. Nothing shows at all under five trips.

  • Discipline cards

The rules are published and every card is reviewable. A yellow card expires after 6 clean months, and three active yellows escalate to red.

  • Calendar sync

ICS feed (rotatable token) so jobs land in Google / Apple / Outlook calendar automatically.

  • PWA install

Add to home screen in seconds. No app-store gatekeeper, no waiting for an update review.

Reviews

One review per working relationship, not one per trip.

Rating a company after every single job asks a relationship question at transaction speed, and the answer is always 4.7. Fusion Link scopes a review to the relationship instead: you hold one standing review of each operator you drive for, they hold one of you, and either side can rewrite theirs as things change.

How it works

  • One review per operator you drive for, and one per direction
  • Editable forever — submitting again updates yours in place
  • Edits are marked, so nobody can quietly rewrite history
  • A star rating out of five, plus up to 500 characters

Written by the company, not by one person

  • The operator's half belongs to the company, not the individual dispatcher
  • Only Operations, Admin and Owner can write it
  • So three ops staff can't stack three reviews of the same driver
  • Joining an operator's roster is what earns the right to review them

It can't be used against you

  • An operator can review a driver they've suspended or banned — that's often when it matters
  • But removing you from the roster never freezes or deletes a review you already wrote
  • Standing gates writing a new review, never editing one that exists
  • Leaving an operator cuts their read access; being banned doesn't hand them more of it
