  • Watermarked photo evidence

    Up to 20 photos per job. Each one carries GPS coordinates, timestamp, job ID, and plate burned into the image — not just EXIF metadata.

  • GPS trail

    Continuous trail while the driver is in-progress. Stored at full resolution; vendor surfaces show a snapped-to-road version that respects driver privacy.

  • Driver-submitted extras

    Ferry, toll, parking, child seat, wait time — submitted with a photo within 24h. AI-assisted receipt detection flags the lines that need a closer look.

  • Checkpoint pipeline

    Status transitions are gated on evidence per operator's SOP. Photo required at pickup? Drop-off? Both? Configurable per vendor, per trip type.

Validate

Server-side plausibility checks, not naive trust.

GPS doesn't lie — except when it does. Fusion Link checks every point on the server, flags the implausible ones, and keeps both the flag and the original point in the audit trail. Quality fixes belong at the render layer, never in the source.

Audit

Every change has an author.

Audit log on every state transition with denormalised actor identity at write time. Lose-an-account, change-an-email, role-rotation — the audit trail still tells you who actually did the thing.

  • Denormalised actor identity

    Audit entries store {uid, displayName, role} at the moment of write. If the user later deletes their account or changes their email, the audit trail still says who did it.

  • Per-field amendment diff

    Edits on supplier-synced jobs and bookings record a before/after diff per field. Not just 'edited 5 fields' — exactly which value changed to what.

  • Full state timeline

    Job created, assigned, throwback, reassigned, in-progress, completed — each transition with timestamp, actor, and reason where relevant.

  • Period-close protection

    Once a period is closed, financial fields are frozen. Any attempt to edit them is rejected; admin-only reopen requires a written reason that lands in the audit log.
