Privacy & data rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK), Singapore PDPA, and equivalent regimes you can request a copy of, or the deletion of, the personal data we hold about you. We respond without undue delay and in any event within one (1) month of receipt, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests (with notice and reasons), subject to legal and legitimate-business retention. Deletion is irreversible once completed.
What we keep, and why
When you delete your account we take reasonable steps to anonymize the bookings, audit logs, and customer records we hold against you. Tax-relevant fields (transaction amount, date, vendor) stay on the books to satisfy bookkeeping retention rules and applicable law, but we de-link them from a recoverable person to the extent reasonably practicable.
Card details are not stored by Fusion Link — they live with our payment processor (Stripe). If you need a Stripe-side export or removal, email privacy@fusionlink.pro.
