about

Built by someone who watched an operator run a business across four supplier portals.

Most dispatch software was built for a different era. The industry has moved on; the tooling hasn't. Fusion Link is the answer to a simple question — what would a modern chauffeur operator run if they were starting today?

Randy See
Operators aren't short on software — they're short on one system. So the operator becomes the integration layer, re-keying the same job into a different portal for every supplier. I went all-in on building what they should have had: one login, one record, and a bill you can predict.

the company

Built deliberately, shipped weekly.

Randy See went all-in on Fusion Link — full-time, no hedge, no outside funding. The conviction came from real exposure to the chauffeur industry: one operator's actual working day, run across a different portal for every supplier they deal with, and the three supplier integrations that became the first connections on the network.

Fusion Link is operated by Meng Tech LLC, a Singapore-registered company. Solo dev → prove → hire is the build model; Fusion Link is the first product, with others planned once this one is durable.

Every decision in the system traces back to a real operator's pain point. We don't speculate. We don't build for the press release. We ship what gets asked for, then ask the next operator what they need.

how we work

Four principles, kept simple.

  • Ship, don't plan.

The system is mostly built. We polish and sell what exists. Each milestone earns the right to build the next one; a speculative roadmap does not.

  • Honesty over hype.

Every claim on these pages traces to live code. We say what we have built AND what we're deliberately not building.

  • Drivers are the scarce resource.

Legacy dispatch software treats drivers as a cost centre. We treat them as the scarce resource: one account across every operator they drive for, reviews that run both ways, published discipline rules, and a real earnings ledger.

  • Networks beat silos.

Every operator on Fusion Link is a node in a graph, not an island. Overflow flows out; capacity flows in; reputation moves with the driver.

timeline

The road so far.

  1. 2024

    First prototype

A founder familiar with the chauffeur industry starts building dispatch tooling for one partner operator, working from that operator's real day.

  2. 2025

    One driver, many operators

Generalises so several operators can share the same drivers. A driver holding membership with many operators is built in from day one.

  3. 2025-2026

    Accounting + evidence

Double-entry general ledger, sequential invoicing, period close, watermarked proof, and a full audit trail — the parts legacy dispatch software skips.

  4. 2026

    Network expansion

The driver network, three shipped supplier adapters, founding operator partnerships, and onboarding operators in new markets.
