Branded booking

Your booking page. Your domain. Your rules.

Pick a polished template, configure your pricing, and take client bookings on your own domain. Stripe takes the payment, the booking creates the job, and the driver picks it up. Nobody copies anything across.

Templates

Choose a starting point that looks polished out of the box.

11 templates, each a complete booking site — home, services, fleet, about, contact, and the booking flow itself. Pick one, put your own content in it, and point your domain at it.

  • Dark and cinematic

Full-bleed photography, overlaid stats, and a single statement hero. The default read for a black-car or executive-chauffeur brand.

  • Light and editorial

Airy, gallery-led layouts with class comparison and coverage up front. Reads closer to a hotel or travel brand than a taxi firm.

  • Warm and conversion-first

Social proof, reviews, and a concierge close — for operators who win on service and want the page to say so before the price does.

  • One operator per template

A template is claimed exclusively. Once it's yours nobody else on Fusion Link can run the same site, so you're not competing against a page that looks identical to yours.

How it works

From signed-up to taking bookings.

Templates are configured in your dashboard. Custom domains are provisioned automatically, and Stripe Connect needs no setup work.

  1. 01·step

    Pick + configure

Choose a template, drop in your colours, logo, fleet photos, and copy. Every section has its own editor — hero, services, fleet, stats, steps, testimonials, contact, social links, and SEO.

  2. 02·step

    Point your domain

Add a CNAME at your registrar; Vercel provisions SSL automatically. Three GCP domain lists (Firebase authorizedDomains, Firebase Web key, Maps key) auto-sync.

  3. 03·step

    Take the first booking

Multi-step booking form with quote, add-ons, and Stripe payment lives on your domain. Every booking auto-creates a dispatch job in your job board.

Pricing engine

A real engine, not a flat rate card.

Quotes match the way chauffeur ops actually price work — base + per-km + minimum, with multipliers for trip type, time-of-day, holidays, and airport proximity layered on top.

Base structure

  • Base fee + per-km rate + minimum charge
  • Per car class — sedan, MPV, SUV, executive, etc.
  • Per region inside a country (e.g. mainland vs. island)
  • Currency follows the country you registered in

Trip-type multipliers

  • Arrival (ARR) — typically higher due to flight-tracking + meet-and-greet
  • Departure (DEP) — flat or modest surcharge
  • Transfer (TRF) — point-to-point baseline
  • As-directed / chauffeur-await — hourly billing model

Surcharges

  • Time of day (night, peak, late night), configurable per operator
  • Holiday surcharges with a calendar per country
  • Airport-proximity surcharge inside a geofence
  • Add-ons: child seat, meet-and-greet, additional stops, extras
Payments

Stripe Connect direct charges — money goes to your account.

Bookings on your booking site settle to your Stripe account, and Fusion Link never touches the funds. The job fee is debited from your wallet separately, one line per real job.

  • Direct charges

Stripe Connect direct charge model — funds land in your account, you absorb the Stripe fee, Fusion Link only takes the flat per-job fee from your wallet.

  • Collect it yourself

Prefer to collect payment yourself? Switch modes and the booking still creates the job, while the payment stays entirely with you.

  • Refunds end-to-end

A cancellation refunds the client, cancels the job, sends the right email, and returns the job fee to your wallet. The whole path is idempotent.

  • Statement descriptor

A custom descriptor per operator, so the card statement reads your brand and not 'Fusion Link'.

Client experience

Less anxiety from booking to drop-off.

Every milestone is an email. Live tracking link appears the moment the driver dispatches. Multi-leg bookings supported in one flow.

  • Milestone emails

Confirmation, driver assigned, en-route (with auto-issued tracking link), completed, cancelled, refunded — all BCC'd to your dispatch inbox.

  • Live ETA tracking link

Your client opens a tokenised link and sees the driver on a map. No account is required.

  • Multi-leg bookings

Chain bookings in one flow — quote, pay, dispatch. Each leg becomes its own job with the chain visible on the dashboard.

  • Airport-aware

Flight-aware arrival pricing everywhere, plus optional live tracking for arrivals into Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand — gate, belt and terminal piped to the driver, and the pickup time they're held to stays the one you promised the client.

Acquisition

Get traffic, convert it.

Promo codes, corporate account flows, and search-friendly pages, so your booking site sells for you instead of just taking checkout.

  • Promo codes

Issue discount codes to win new clients. Each is tracked from the link through quote, booking, and settlement, and reported in your dashboard.

  • Corporate flow

Multi-traveller accounts, approval workflows, sequential invoicing — the corporate-bookings story without bolting on a separate B2B tool.

  • Reports & analytics

Funnel by source, conversion by template, jobs over time by trip / car type. Drives the next iteration of your landing pages.

  • Daily digest email

Daily digest delivered on a cron — so you don't have to log in every morning to know what's pending or what just booked.

Trust

Domain, SSL, and three GCP lists auto-managed.

  • Custom domain + SSL

Add a CNAME and Vercel provisions SSL automatically. We don't make you handle certificates.

  • Domain allowlist sync

Firebase authorizedDomains + Firebase Web key allowedReferrers + Maps key allowedReferrers all sync automatically when you add a domain.

  • Audit log on every edit

Booking site edits land in the audit log alongside every other action. You never lose track of who changed what.

  • Brand-safe statement descriptor

The Stripe descriptor matches your brand on the card statement, so no client queries the charge.
