For Suppliers

Your operators, onboarded in a day.

Getting an operator's roster into your system is the slowest part of signing them. Fusion Link creates those driver accounts for you, keeps their details current, and reports job milestones straight from the driver's phone.

Onboarding

The roster work happens once.

An operator connects their account, and Fusion Link handles the driver records on both sides. You stop chasing spreadsheets, and they stop typing the same driver into three portals.

  • Driver accounts, created for you

Fusion Link creates driver accounts directly in your system, and in the other 2 it already connects to. An operator onboards a driver once, and the account exists everywhere they work.

  • Details stay current

A licence renewal, a new vehicle, or a changed phone number reaches your system without anyone opening your portal.

  • Nothing for you to build

Fusion Link authenticates against your published API with credentials the operator already holds. You add nothing, and you host nothing.

Your relationship

You keep the operator. Fusion Link moves the data.

Fusion Link does not contract with your operators for the work you send them, and does not resell your bookings. Your rates and your client relationship stay yours.

  • The operator's own credentials

Every connection uses the login the operator already holds with you, encrypted at rest. Revoke it in your system and the connection stops.

  • Your rate card stays yours

Pricing, assignment mode, and currency are configured per connection. Fusion Link does not reprice your jobs.

  • Milestones, not middlemen

Status flows back to you so your client sees the same milestone the driver just hit. You stay the system of record.

How it works

Three integration touchpoints.

A working adapter ships with three contracts: jobs in, status out, drivers mapped. Everything else is configuration.

  1. 01·step

    Jobs in

Fusion Link polls your jobs endpoint per operator connection, on a staleness rule rather than a fixed clock. A typed transformer maps your payload to the Fusion Link job shape.

  2. 02·step

    Status out

As a driver progresses, Fusion Link posts the milestone back to your API. Built per adapter, and live wherever a supplier's driver API supports it.

  3. 03·step

    Drivers mapped

Fusion Link driver records link to yours, so a job dispatched here assigns the right driver ID in your system.

Data integrity

Your source record stays clean.

Fusion Link records what changed locally, repairs its own drift, and hands you an evidence trail when a job is disputed.

  • Per-field diff log

When an operator edits a synced job, the audit log keeps a full before and after diff. You can see what changed locally without touching your source record.

  • Self-healing sync

Bad source values and missing assignments on legacy jobs are repaired inside the status transition. No manual cleanup lands on your support team.

  • Evidence on request

Photos, GPS trail, and audit log come back per job as a PDF or a ZIP. A dispute between you, the operator, and the driver has the same evidence on every side.

  • Tracking link

Issued when the driver sets off and passed to the booking client. Your client does not have to call anyone to find the car.

Quality

The drivers who fulfil your jobs answer to the network.

An operator on Fusion Link inherits the quality controls the whole network runs on — driver discipline, GPS plausibility checks, and flight tracking on airport work.

Discipline cards

  • Yellow and red cards enforce conduct across the driver network
  • A yellow card expires after 6 clean months
  • Three active yellow cards escalate to a red card automatically
  • A red card is permanent, and banned drivers stop appearing in the feed

GPS plausibility checks

  • The server checks for impossible speed, clock drift, and low accuracy
  • A flagged point is kept and marked, never silently dropped
  • Operators see a snapped-to-road trail
  • Dispute analysis still reads the raw flags underneath it

Flight tracking

  • Live in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, routed on the arrival country
  • Delay distributions modelled with EWMA percentile statistics
  • Operators switch it on per source: supplier, booking site, or client
  • Gate, belt, terminal, and ETA reach the driver while the aircraft is airborne
  • Outside those markets the job runs normally and no tracking fee is charged
Reach

One adapter, every market you sell into.

  • Priced locally

Fusion Link prices jobs in 34 currencies across 46 countries. One connection reaches operators in every market it serves.

  • Built for airport work

Flight tracking, stand-down timers for passenger no-shows, and airport-proximity surcharge rules. These are the trip types most suppliers care about.

  • Cover when a roster is full

If the receiving operator cannot take a job, it reaches the wider driver network. Your booking still gets done, and your operator keeps the client.

Start with one operator.

Most suppliers meet Fusion Link through an operator who already uses it. If you would rather work with us directly, we will walk you through the adapter interface and the transformer we use to map your jobs.
