They sell you the work. We run it.
Cabubble is on this page because it competes for the same money, not because it does the same job. It brings bookings from its own site, its apps, travel affiliates and corporate clients, and charges a commission on each one. It waives its start-up fee for operators already running two of the dispatch systems compared here. Fusion Link is the system the work lands in, at a flat fee per completed job.
RM1.50 per completed job, whoever sent it to you. No commission, no share of the fare.
Published fees: £395 start-up, waived for Autocab and iCabbi customers; no monthly subscription. 8.8% on a cash fare from their own channels, or 1.2% + 20p on card. 30p a booking through the white-label engine. Card fares settle straight to the operator.
A booking Cabubble sends you still has to be priced, dispatched, driven, proved and invoiced. Fusion Link is where that happens, whether the job arrives from a supplier system, your own booking site, a corporate portal, the email inbox, a spreadsheet, or by hand.
Cabubble takes 8.8% of a cash fare from its own channels. On a £200 airport job that is £17.60 for the introduction. Fusion Link never takes a percentage of what your client pays.
Every operator on Fusion Link gets a branded booking site on their own domain, and the client pays into the operator's own Stripe account. Work you win yourself carries the job fee and nothing else.
Fusion Link stamps pickup photos with time, GPS and a verification code, and posts every invoice and payment as a journal entry. A booking channel answers neither question — that is not what it is for.

The two do different things. This group exists so the rows below are read correctly.
A job that lands in someone else's system gets typed again into yours. Fusion Link pulls it in on the login you already hold with them, so nobody retypes it.
Cabubble does not name Malaysia on its own pages, so it sits outside that market's table on the comparison hub. Takes UK taxi and private-hire firms only — it lists UK cities and a UK government supplier appointment. The bookings it sends them can come from travellers anywhere.
An operator who needs more work rather than better software. Cabubble is a demand channel with real reach and a clear published price, it holds no card fare at any time, and it asks for no credit. If your problem is empty cars on a Tuesday, a commission on a job you would not otherwise have run is a fair trade, and Fusion Link has nothing equivalent on the consumer side.
It is not a system of record. Their published pages describe no dispatch board, no driver app, no proof capture and no accounting, so the work still needs somewhere to live. The commission also applies to their own channels' bookings for as long as you take them.
No, and most operators would not. Cabubble sends you work; Fusion Link is where the work is run and billed. The honest comparison is between their commission and what the same job costs you through your own booking site, which carries the flat job fee and nothing else.
Not from a consumer channel of our own, and we will not pretend otherwise. What Fusion Link opens is your own booking site on your own domain, corporate portals for your account clients, and the supplier systems you already hold logins for. Those are your relationships, not ours.
No. Fusion Link bills per completed job from a prepaid wallet. You can stop using it any day and owe nothing.
Yes. You get a booking site on your own domain with your logo. We never touch your client relationship.
Minutes, not a migration project. Your operator account, branded booking site, and driver invites all run from one place.
