Fusion Link vs. Kymark

They cap the cars. We don't count them.

Kymark publishes the most legible price ladder in this comparison, and it is honest about what it counts: nine tiers, each naming a monthly booking allowance and a vehicle ceiling. There are no per-driver fees and no setup fee, which is a genuinely good deal. Fusion Link has no ceiling of either kind, because it bills a flat fee per completed job.

Fusion Link

€0.35 per completed job. No booking allowance, no vehicle ceiling, no tier to outgrow.

Public plans: Starter free (5 bookings, 1 vehicle), Starter Plus US$19 (15/1), Basic $59 (150/5), Professional $69 (250/25), Enterprise $109 (500/50), rising to Royal $239 (2,000 bookings, 150 vehicles). No setup fees and no per-driver fees.

01 — Why operators switch

The reasons that come up every time.

A busy month should not move you up a tier

Kymark's ladder is a booking allowance, so the month you win a corporate account is the month you change plan. Fusion Link charges €0.35 per completed job at 50 jobs or 5,000, and there is no tier above you.

A vehicle ceiling is a strange thing to buy

Every Kymark plan states how many vehicles you may manage, from one on the free tier to 150 on Royal. Fusion Link keeps your own cars and your drivers' own cars in the same system and counts neither, so the ceiling never arrives.

The books, not just the invoices

Kymark publishes one-click invoicing, deposits and statements. Fusion Link posts every invoice, client payment, driver payout, wallet top-up and job fee as a journal entry, and closes the month against a trial balance.

GPS-stamped photo proof at checkpoints

Kymark publishes live driver tracking and one-tap status updates. Fusion Link adds a timestamped photo with GPS at job start and completion, so a disputed pickup is answered from the record.

Kymark does not name France on its own pages, so it sits outside that market's table on the comparison hub. Its own site publishes a location page per market — the Singapore one names Changi transfers and MICE ground handling — while its homepage says it is trusted by operators in four countries. The pages are the claim being read here, not the four.

When Kymark is the right call

A small operator who wants a readable price and nothing to negotiate. The free tier is a real one, the setup fee is genuinely absent, and the drag-and-drop timeline with conflict detection is the core of the job. If your volume sits comfortably inside one tier, this is an easy product to buy.

Where it breaks for modern operators

Two ceilings move together — bookings a month and vehicles you manage — so growth on either axis is a plan change rather than a bigger bill. Their public pages describe no general ledger and no photo proof, and flight tracking is named as coming soon.

03 — FAQ

Common questions.

Kymark has a free tier. Why would I pay anything?

If five bookings a month and one vehicle covers you, the free tier is the better deal and we would say so. The question is what happens at fifteen, or a hundred and fifty. Kymark answers it by moving you up a ladder that counts two things at once. Fusion Link answers it with the same fee per completed job, at any volume.

I run company cars. Does the vehicle cap matter to me more or less?

More. The cap counts vehicles you manage in the software, so a company car and a subcontracted driver's car both consume a slot. Fusion Link records both kinds — your own cars carry their plate, photos and documents — and neither is counted in the price.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. Fusion Link bills per completed job from a prepaid wallet. You can stop using it any day and owe nothing.

Can I keep my existing clients and branding?

Yes. You get a booking site on your own domain with your logo. We never touch your client relationship.

How long does setting up take?

Minutes, not a migration project. Your operator account, branded booking site, and driver invites all run from one place.
